KITCHENS:

Clean sinks, countertops, chair rails, cupboard facings, stove, refrigerator and oven doors, interior windows (if needed), check and empty coffee pot, appliances (including coffee pot, microwave, and toaster), wash down table, sweep and then hand mop kitchen or kitchen/dining area.

BATH
  ROOMS:

MAID 4 YOU spotlessly cleans sinks, tubs, toilets, showers and shower/tub surrounds, all mirrors, countertops, basins, hand mop floors and baseboards, and polish cabinetry.

ALL
 OTHER
    ROOMS:

We clean and/or dust baseboards and windowsills, all furniture surfaces, light fixtures, empty waste baskets, and thoroughly sweep or mop all floors (which includes all hardwood or tiled stairwells, foyer/entrance, and dining areas).

OTHER SERVICES & CHARGES:

PETS:

They are part of your family. So should they need attention while we are cleaning, you can rest assured that they will be given the finest of care. We will make certain your "babies" have fresh water, fully cleansed eating bowls and pads, and clean litter trays before we leave for the day.

WINDOWS:

As the need arises to do windows, we clean those inside (and primarily ground floor) -both inside and out. It is a rule with MAID 4 YOU that entry way windows and side windows are cleaned every time you are served as that is your presentation area!

LABOUR
CHARGES:

$80 for a 4-hour minimum cleaning in average home of 2,500 square foot; or $25 per room as advised. In the Fort Wayne area, women have told us that most charges run from a minimum of $130 for 4 hours to $300 for only 3 hours: with multiple maids involved. Other services may charge $80, provide two maids and "clean" your entire home in as little as 40 minutes!

We will do our very best to accommodate as many of your needs as we can within the 4-hour time frame of your choosing, whether your needs are weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! And, once we are established with you, we are happy to offer other services as well as other hourly packages!
